What new things have you tried recently? How are you having fun with your workouts? I worked out with Upstream Fitness recently and it was both so much fun and killer. Deadlifting rocks for farmers walks, jumping over railings, balancing through parking lots and jumping from stone to stone (with burpees for falling). CrossFit is all about being well rounded with both symmetrical and unsymmetrical objects, get out there and play a little!
